Indy Boonen, who came through the youth ranks of Genk, joined Manchester United in 2015 after a successful trial. He is a creative, attacking midfielder with quick feet and excellent dribbling skills. His father, Jacky, was a professional footballer in Belgium but has admitted that his son is a bigger talent. Boonen needed a little time to settle at United but has scored on a regular basis for the under-18s, creating a successful relationship with Angel Gomes, another huge talent at the club. Boonen is a neat finisher and dreams of following in the footsteps of Marcus Rashford and joining up with the first team as soon as possible.
